Professional Training for Data Protection Officers
The University College of Business (UCB), as a Higher Education Institution, is also focused on professional training in various fields of professions in Albania.
Through a bilateral agreement signed with the Commissioner for Information and Data Protection, UCB has been accredited to provide professional training for the preparation of Data Protection Officers.
UCB is pleased to announce the launch of the second group of training for this important and highly demanded profile, both in public administration and the private sector.

This training program has been designed in cooperation with international experts and is aligned with Albanian legislation and the European Union directives on Data Protection.
The program aims to prepare qualified specialists who will carry out the role of Data Protection Officer in public institutions and private businesses.

For every public or private entity that processes personal data – such as state administration, universities, hospitals, banks, police, insurance agencies, postal services, trading companies, notary/law offices, real estate agencies, municipal authorities/units, private and public schools, hotels and travel agencies, community centers and NGOs, training and professional centers, IT and data management services, media portals and digital platforms, auditing and accounting offices, bailiff services, embassies and foreign representations, legal services, business consultancy firms, etc.
