Training Programme for:
- Professional Qualification in Personal Data Protection
- Data Protection Officer (DPO)
The University College of Business (UCB), as a higher education institution, is committed to providing high-quality professional training in fields of strategic importance for today’s workforce in Albania.
Through a bilateral agreement with the Commissioner for the Right to Information and Personal Data Protection, UCB is authorized to deliver professional training programmes for the qualification of Data Protection Officers (DPOs).
UCB is pleased to announce the opening of the next group for this highly important and increasingly sought-after training programme by both the public administration and the private sector.
Training Structure
The programme is delivered over two sessions (two weeks):
Week One
- Professional Qualification in Personal Data Protection
Week Two - Data Protection Officer (DPO)

Time: 14:00
Location: University College of Business (UCB), Building B
This training programme has been developed in collaboration with international experts and is fully aligned with the requirements of Albanian legislation and the European Union’s directives on personal data protection.
The programme aims to prepare qualified professionals to serve as Data Protection Officers (DPOs) in public institutions and private organizations.
Important: Successful completion of the Professional Qualification in Personal Data Protection is a mandatory prerequisite for enrolling in the Data Protection Officer (DPO) programme.
Certification
Participants who successfully complete the programme will receive:
- Certificate in Professional Qualification in Personal Data Protection
- Certificate as a Data Protection Officer (DPO)
