The National Center for Books and Reading, in cooperation with the University College of Business and the Ministry of Economy, Culture, and Innovation, will organize a discussion on the book “Complex Dynamics of Spaces of Freedom” by Professor Shpëtim Cami.
The event will take place on September 16, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. in the “Tefta Tashko” hall, on the second floor of the former Ministry of Culture, at Kinostudio.
Professor Shpëtim Cami is a distinguished figure with an outstanding contribution to Albanian higher education, with over 35 years of experience in key areas such as education, science, administration, politics, publishing, and civil society. He currently serves as General Secretary at the University College of Business, where he has played a vital role in institutional consolidation and the enhancement of academic quality. His extensive experience and unwavering dedication make him one of the main pillars of this institution, significantly influencing its strategic development and academic integrity.
