The Next Professional Training Group for “Real Estate Brokers” Begins at UCB

We invite all candidates, individuals interested in practicing the profession of Real Estate Brokers, as well as current real estate agents and consultants, to register for the next training group, which will commence on Wednesday, June 10. Upon successful completion, participants will be eligible to obtain a license from the Ministry of Justice.

The training covers the following topics:

1. Legal framework and legislation of real estate property
2. The Civil Code of the Republic of Albania
3. Introduction to commercial law
4. Criminal offenses related to real estate, organized crime, and money laundering
5. Contract drafting and tax legislation
6. Fundamental principles of property valuation, management, and maintenance
7. Professional ethics, mediation, and liberal professions
8. Negotiation and communication in real estate
9. Real estate marketing and sales
10. Professional practice

Documents required for registration:

1. Notarized diploma of higher education or high school diploma
2. Copy of identification document (ID card or passport)
3. Two personal photographs
