The Next Professional Training Group for “Real Estate Brokers” Begins at UCB

We invite all candidates, individuals who wish to pursue a career as Real Estate Brokers, as well as current real estate agents and property consultants, to register for the next training group, which begins on Monday, 13 July. Upon successful completion of the training, participants will be eligible to obtain their professional license from the Ministry of Justice.

The training covers the following topics:

1. Legal framework and legislation governing real estate
2. The Civil Code of the Republic of Albania
3. Fundamentals of commercial law
4. Criminal offenses related to real estate, organized crime, and money laundering
5. Contract drafting and tax legislation
6. Fundamental principles of property valuation, management, and maintenance
7. Professional ethics, mediation, and liberal professions
8. Negotiation and communication in the real estate sector
9. Real estate marketing and sales
10. Professional practice

Required registration documents:

1. Notarized copy of a university degree or high school diploma
2. Photocopy of an identification document (ID card or passport)
3. Two passport-size photographs
