The University College of Business (UCB), as a Higher Education Institution, is also focused on providing professional training in various fields of importance for professions in Albania.
Through the bilateral agreement signed with the Commissioner for the Right to Information and Personal Data Protection, UCB is authorized to provide professional training programs for the preparation of Data Protection Officers.
UCB is pleased to announce the opening of the next group for this important and increasingly demanded training program by both the public administration and the private sector.
Training Structure
The training is organized into two sessions (2 weeks):
First Week
Professional Qualification in Personal Data Protection
Second Week
Data Protection Officer (DPO)

Location: University College of Business Premises, Building B
This training program has been developed in cooperation with international experts and is fully aligned with the requirements of Albanian legislation and the European Union directives on Personal Data Protection.
The program aims to prepare qualified specialists who will perform the function of Data Protection Officer in public institutions and private businesses.
Please note that successful completion of the Professional Qualification in Personal Data Protection is mandatory in order to continue to the Data Protection Officer (DPO) program.

Certificates are awarded for both levels of the training:
- Certificate in Professional Qualification
- Certificate for Data Protection Officer (DPO)
