The Next Group of the Mandatory Training for “Real Estate Brokers” at UCB Begins

We invite all candidates, individuals who wish to practice the profession of Real Estate Brokers, as well as current real estate agents and consultants, to register and attend this training for the next group, which starts on Monday, May 11, and subsequently obtain certification from the Ministry of Justice.

4. Criminal offenses related to real estate, organized crime, and money laundering
5. Contract drafting and tax legislation
6. Fundamental principles of property valuation, management, and maintenance

8. Negotiation and communication in real estate
9. Marketing and sales in real estate
10. Professional practice

Required documents for registration:

1. Notarized diploma of higher education or high school
2. Copy of identification document (ID card or passport)
3. Two personal photographs
