Professional Training for Personal Data Protection Officers
The University College of Business (UCB), as a Higher Education Institution, is also dedicated to offering professional training programs across various fields in Albania.
Through a bilateral agreement signed with the Commissioner for Information and Personal Data Protection, UCB has been authorized to provide professional training for the qualification of Personal Data Protection Officers.
UCB is pleased to announce the opening of the next training group for this important and highly demanded professional profile in both public administration and the private sector.
We are launching the second training group for the Personal Data Protection Officer on:

This training program has been developed in collaboration with international experts and is fully aligned with Albanian legislation and European Union directives on Personal Data Protection.
The program aims to prepare qualified specialists capable of performing the role of Data Protection Officer in public institutions and private enterprises.
Who is required to attend this training?
It is mandatory for any public or private entity that processes personal data, including:
state administration, universities, hospitals, banks, police, insurance agencies, post offices, commercial companies, notary and law offices, real estate agencies, municipal units, private and public schools, hotels and travel agencies, community centers and NGOs, training and professional centers, IT and data management services, media portals and digital platforms, audit and accounting offices, enforcement agencies, foreign embassies and representative offices, legal services, and business consultancy firms.
