Professional Training for Personal Data Protection Officers
The University College of Business, as a Higher Education Institution, is also focused on providing professional training in various professional fields in Albania. Through a bilateral agreement signed with the Commissioner for the Right to Information and Personal Data Protection, the College is authorized to offer professional training for the preparation of Personal Data Protection Officers.
UCB is pleased to announce the opening of the next training group for this important and highly demanded profile in both public administration and the private sector.
We are launching the third training group for Personal Data Protection Officers on the date:

Location: College of Business University, Building B
This training program is designed in cooperation with international experts and is aligned with the requirements of Albanian legislation and European Union directives on Personal Data Protection.
The purpose of the training program is to prepare qualified specialists who will perform the function of the Data Protection Officer in public institutions and private businesses.
Who is this training mandatory for?
For any public or private entity that processes personal data – such as state administration institutions, universities, hospitals, banks, police authorities, insurance agencies, postal services, commercial companies, notary/law offices, real estate agencies, municipality units and authorities, private and public schools, hotels and travel agencies, community centers and NGOs, training and professional centers, IT and data management services, media portals and digital platforms, auditing and accounting offices, enforcement offices, embassies and foreign representations, legal services and business consulting offices, etc.
