Under the Erasmus+ program, the International Credit Mobility component, an agreement signed between Haute Ecole Lucia de Brouckere, Brussels, and the University College of Business for the period 2021-2027, the call for applications is now open for bachelor’s level students in the Faculty of Economics, Law, and Social Sciences for the first semester of the academic year 2024-2025, as follows:

– Students from the Bachelor cycle for the academic year 2024-2025;

Total duration (full months): 5
Travel: 250 EUR
Individual support: 850 EUR per month
Number of grants: 2 grants

Fields of Study:

– Law
– Marketing
– Public Relations

Application Criteria:

Students must have: – Very good knowledge of the French language, level B1;
– Good academic performance;
– Transcript of grades;
– Proof of French language proficiency (e.g., a certificate of completion of exams in the study program, high school certificate, completed language course, or other publicly valid document for proficiency in a specific language);
– A motivation letter explaining the reason for studying abroad, how mobility will contribute to their academic progress;
– CV in English;
– Document photo;
– Desire and willingness to benefit from this study program;
– Good knowledge of the Turkish language.

Eligibility:

Students pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Economics (second or third year) and Master’s students at the Faculty of Economics, Law, and Social Sciences.

The study grant can be realized in the Spring Semester, 2024-2025, according to a scheduled program by Haute Ecole Lucia de Brouckere, Brussels. More information can be found here.

Selection Criteria: (in order of importance)

• Assessment of the motivation letter (up to 2 points);
• Application submission date (up to 1 point);
• Average study grade (up to 1 point);
• Proof of foreign language proficiency;
• Students will also be invited for an interview. In the case of an interview, the candidate can receive up to 2 points.

Please note:

• The selection of students is carried out in accordance with the Regulation for the Implementation of Inter-institutional Agreements within the Erasmus+ KA107 International Credit Mobility Program. • Documentation must be submitted by 22/10/2024.

• Successful candidates will be notified via their email address.

• NOTE: The student must choose those subjects at the host university that they would attend at UCB during the mobility semester. Students applying for mobility undertake the responsibility for the part of the credits not chosen due to differences in study programs between UCB and the host university.
