Academic staff mobility visit under the Erasmus+ program to WSHIU University in Poznan, Poland.
As part of our growing international cooperation, Dr. Irsida Dinoshi, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Economics, Law and Social Sciences, and Dr. Ledia Sula, Head of the Department of Management, delivered an open lecture for Management students at this University.
The visit provided an excellent opportunity to exchange experiences, broaden perspectives, and foster relationships that we hope will lead to further joint initiatives, including student and faculty exchange programs.
One of the many topics discussed during meetings with WSHIU University leaders was the possibility of collaboration in the cultural, educational, and scientific fields.
We also explored innovative educational projects and the potential for using modern technologies in the teaching process. Ms. Magdalena Górska, founder of WSHIU Akademia Nauk Stosowanych / WSHIU University, presented the University’s development plans and their collaboration with foreign universities and institutions.
She also discussed the current challenges and goals for the University, along with an interesting vision for the development strategy for the upcoming academic year 2025/2026.
The Rector of WSHIU University, Prof. Juljan Maj, expressed his sincere thanks during the closing meeting for the presence of Dr. Dinoshi and Dr. Sula, and for their professionalism, dedication, and sharing of experiences in educating international students in the Management program.
We are proud that our students can participate in such events and benefit from the expertise of professionals abroad.
