Data Protection Officer (DPO)
The University College of Business (UCB), as a Higher Education Institution, is also focused on providing professional training in various fields of importance for professions in Albania.
Through a bilateral agreement with the Commissioner for the Right to Information and Protection of Personal Data, UCB is authorized to offer professional training for the preparation of Data Protection Officers.
UCB is pleased to announce the opening of the next group for this important and increasingly in-demand training program in both the public administration and the private sector.
Training Structure
The training is conducted in two sessions (2 weeks):
First Week
Professional Qualification in Personal Data Protection
Second Week
Data Protection Officer (DPO)
Start Date: April 20, 2026
Time: 14:00
Location: University College of Business premises, Building B
This training program has been developed in collaboration with international experts and is fully aligned with the requirements of Albanian legislation and European Union directives on Personal Data Protection.
The program aims to prepare qualified specialists who will serve as Data Protection Officers in public institutions and private businesses.
It is mandatory to successfully complete the Professional Qualification in Personal Data Protection in order to proceed to the Data Protection Officer (DPO) program.
