At the University College of Business, an open lecture was held on the topic “The Role of the National Agency for Employment and Skills in Vocational Training and Employment for the Labor Market.”

Students and academic staff attended the meeting and had the opportunity to listen to and discuss with two representatives of the National Agency for Employment and Skills: Gertiola Çepani, Director of Labor Market Services, and Suada Hawa, Head of the Employment Services Sector.
During the lecture, the programs and services offered by AKPA for young people were presented, including opportunities for vocational training, employment mediation, as well as policies aimed at facilitating young people’s entry into the labor market. Students also had the opportunity to ask questions and discuss the challenges and opportunities that the labor market offers today.
Within the framework of institutional cooperation, the creation of a cooperation agreement between the University College of Business and the National Agency for Employment and Skills was also discussed. This agreement aims to enable the development of professional internships for students, connecting them more directly with the labor market and creating more opportunities for practical experience during their studies.
This activity served as a bridge between the academic institution and labor market institutions, encouraging students to better prepare for their professional careers.
