Workshop: “Justice between Theory and Practice: Challenges, Realities and Perspectives”

The Department of Law and Social Sciences at the Faculty of Economics, Law and Social Sciences (FEDSHS), UCB, successfully organized the workshop titled “Justice between Theory and Practice: Challenges, Realities and Perspectives.”

The activity was conducted under the guidance and moderation of the Dean of FEDSHS, Prof. Assoc. Dr. Enis Fita, and the Vice Dean/Head of the Department of Law, Dr. Matilda Gjoni Meta, creating a valuable space for dialogue on current developments.

The participation of academic staff, field experts, representatives of the justice system, and distinguished UCB alumni, now successful professionals, turned this event into a meaningful moment of reflection. In a spirit of open exchange of ideas, discussions focused on the real challenges of integrating theory and practice, as well as perspectives for the high-quality preparation of young lawyers.

This workshop once again demonstrates the role of UCB as a meeting point between knowledge and professional practice, offering a valuable and inspiring experience for all participants.
