November 19 – The next training group for “Real Estate Agents” starts at UCB

We invite all aspiring real estate agents, current agents, and consultants to register for the upcoming training group, starting on Wednesday, November 19. Upon completion, participants will be eligible for licensing by the Ministry of Justice.

Training Topics Include:

• Legal framework and real estate legislation

• The Civil Code of the Republic of Albania

• Fundamentals of commercial law

• Criminal offenses involving real estate, organized crime, and money laundering

• Contract drafting and tax legislation

• Basics of property valuation, management, and maintenance

• Professional ethics, mediation, and liberal professions

• Negotiation and communication in real estate

• Real estate marketing and sales

• Practical professional training

Required Documents for Registration:

• Notarized high school diploma or original diploma

• Copy of identification document (ID card or passport)

• Two passport-sized photos
